Antony Gormley’s Font Design is a project for Luca School of Arts. From a list of artists, the students had to choose an artist and design a font for them. Having seen the work of Antony Gormley in real life before, I did not hesitated. I strongly like how he uses the space in his works. Developing my concept wasn’t easy: every letter, based on a Bodoni type, had to be cut in two, float in the air and only be read in a certain angle.
